2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order and the destination. During checkout, you will be provided with a detailed breakdown of your shipping charges. We offer free standard shipping for orders over a specific value, which will be indicated during checkout.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is returned due to a shipping error or a defective product.

  • P.O. Box: We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. Please ensure that the address is correct before submitting your order.

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors, such as weather conditions or customs delays for international shipments.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

SparkleGem is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to investigate further.

  • For international shipments, please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by SparkleGem.
